After 9 years of being trapped in the world of television, never opening a book, I decided to make a change. I got a Library Card.

To make sure I never forgot any of the enchanting tales that I am about to read, I thought it would be best that I make a list...

Cecelia Ahern - If You Could See Me Now

'If You Could see me now' written by Cecelia Ahern was the first book I read and even though this was the first book I read it was not the first book I wanted to choose.

I headed off to the library with excitement, I couldn't wait to smell that musky smell that lingers in every library across the country. There were so many of books, thousands of choices but I was there for only one. 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' by Sophie Kinsella. I hunted the shelves for the name Kinsella but unfortuantly what I was looking for was not to be found. After scanning the miles of books my eyes stopped at the title 'P.S I love you', If you have ever had to the chance to watch this film you will understand why I stopped to investigate further. My eyes switched to the book sitting next to the paperback with the title 'If You Could see me now' written by the same author as 'P.S I love you', Cecelia Ahern. Now, I know you should never judge a book by its cover but the chocolate brown hardback with swirly pink text made me make my mind up there and then. I got home and turned the first page of many pages to come.
